We are a firm of highly skilled and knowledgeable mortgage professionals. Our team has a combined experience of over 65 years within the industry, and we are passionate about what we do.
We all speak Welsh and English fluently which allows us to adapt to whichever language makes our clients feel most comfortable. We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent client relationships and are well-known industry experts on all things mortgage and property related. We also have key relationships with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, accountants and estate agents. Claire Williams
CeMAP / Company Director
Claire’s career in financial services started in 1998 with a local building society and she was promoted to Branch Manager in 2001. This role also involved providing comprehensive mortgage advice to branch customers, forming the basis of her career progression.

Claire has passed all exams to be a suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Specialist and has been in the role for over 20 years. She can discuss all aspects of mortgage planning, including house purchases, re-mortgages, buy to let mortgages and debt consolidation. Claire is our Self Build specialist and is also a Company Director.
Claire prides herself on providing professional and honest advice with a very high level of customer service and believes that every client deserves a quality service. Working as a Mortgage & Protection Specialist enables Claire to work purely for her clients, tailor making solutions to fit their needs. As Claire says – “This is the best part of my job – helping my clients achieve their dreams“.
Outside work, Claire lives with her husband, teenage daughter and their Labrador Bailey. She enjoys spending quality time with the family, keeping fit and long walks with Bailey. Claire is very proud to be fluent in both Welsh and English.
Adam Jones-Owen
CeMAP / Company Director
Adam has worked in financial services since 2004, and has undertaken various roles within the industry, from Mortgage Consultant to Area Sales Manager within a national mortgage brokerage and more recently as a Mortgage & Protection Specialist since 2009.

Adam has passed all exams to be a suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Specialist and he can discuss all aspects of mortgage planning, including house purchases, remortgages, buy to let mortgages and debt consolidation. Adam is our Buy to Let and Bridging Loan specialist and is also a Company Director.
Adam is an expert in the house buying process and he enjoys nothing more than helping clients secure their perfect property, and prides himself on being on hand right until the day his clients get their keys!
Adam lives with his partner and their Labrador Skye.
Outside of work, he enjoys holidays and travelling. He is also passionate about languages, proudly speaking Welsh and English fluently and can also converse in German.
Ceri Wyn Jones

Ceri started her career in financial services back in 2001, within one of the largest banking organisations in the world. She has worked in various roles within the industry, from Branch Manager to Mortgage & Protection Specialist.

Ceri enjoys helping people navigate the home buying process and also particularly likes supporting our advisers to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients. She prides herself in paying attention to detail and maintaining vital relationships within our industry, in order to provide and excellent service to our wonderful clients.
Whilst Ceri has passed all exams to be a suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Specialist and worked in the role for over 17 years, her roles at COPA comprise both Business Support Officer and Company Director. She works closely with other professionals such as accountants, solicitors and financial planners to meet all clients’ short and long term objectives.
Outside work, Ceri is married with one teenage daughter, and one teenage Cavapoo named Bella! Family life is very important to Ceri, and she enjoys spending quality time with them, walking the dog and seeing friends. Ceri is very proud to be fluent in both Welsh and English.
